Poker Aces references two aces being dealt before theflop. It is the strongest possible before theflop hand inholdem Poker. But regardless a great many bettors end up on the wrong end when given this hand.
When you are dealt a set of Aces, you just do not fold before theflop. You’re positioned with the best achievable hand at this stage of the game. So how do you wager with Poker Aces ? Do you basically go all-in? I would say absolutely no to that.
Bear in mind, you’re trying to generate as much money out of this strong position. You need to maximise the possibility. Going all-in will actually scare most gamblers into folding and not placing a wager.
If you are in the starting spot (first or 2nd to cast a bet), you will make a single bet. Any player with a decent hand will call, with luck a player will raise. If there has been a raise do not jump to re-raise or call, pause for a short while – make them think you’re considering your options and then call.
After the flop your course of action will be to eliminate anybody that could be able to build a straight or a flush. So I would begin to raise boldly, if you are fortunate you will fool one player into thinking that you’re bluffing.
If you’re in the center or later seat (one of the last to cast your bet) you will observe as everybody calls and then raise. Even with you sitting with a pair of aces, if possible try to abstain from a show-down. Guard your hand by making others to fold after the flop. If you do not abolish your opponents you risk losing your hand.
