It is an inevitable effect of competing in Texas Holdem, or in reality any kind of poker.
Since we are assumingly (almost all of us) in the game for one purpose – to earn cash, it does make sense that we will wager appropriately to maximize our profit potential. Now let us say you are up one hundred dollars off of a $100 deposit, and you take a gigantic blow in a NL game and your bankroll is down to one hundred and twenty dollars. You have squandered $80 in a hand where you should have picked up $200two hundred dollars when you decided to go all-in on the flop and held a 10 – 1 edge. And that fish! He sucked you out on the river? – Well stop right there. This is a classic choice for a brand-new gambler to start tilting. They just lost too much cash on one hand that they should have won and they are pissed
