No Joke, millions of people want to be the next "mega star" in poker, but here is a short rundown on four of the more well known "great guys" of the game. Although "nice" is connected with their names when you are at a poker table it is "no more Mr. Nice guy" up until they have removed you out of the game!

Daniel Negreanu

In 2004, his tournament winnings amounted to in excess of $4.4 million and he won 2 highly respected awards in the WSOP Player of the Year and Cardplayer Magazine’s Tournament Player of the Year. In Feb 2006 he was appointed Card Player’s Preferred Poker Player. Daniel even still has the humility to speak with his admirers about how they might boost their own game.

Howard Lederer

Known as "The Professor" and brother of fellow poker professional Annie Duke. His achievements have lead to him making an educational video called "Secrets of No Limit Hold’em" and co hosting a tournament poker show for Fox. As of 2005, his total life time winnings surpass $2.7 million.

Scotty Nguyen

Scott is 1 of the most active players in professional poker and between 2000 and 2004 he placed in the money in well over one hundred tournaments. He is notorious for saying "yeah baby" during poker matches and also coined the term "that’s poker baby" when alluding to a particularly bad defeat. As of Two Thousand and Six, his career winnings are just about 6 million dollars.

Chris Ferguson

Chris has won 5 World Series of Poker titles with 2 of his successes coming in Two Thousand and Three. Has the nickname "Jesus" as a result of his characteristic long hair and beard, along with his ability to throw cards fast enough to slice through bananas and pickles. As of Two Thousand and Five his total live poker tourney earnings exceeded 5 million dollars.
