Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with ancient ancestry. Based on the old Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the western in an awesome game for starting gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player vs. the house, not like almost all other poker games that gamblers wager against other gamblers. By betting against the dealer, beginning players don’t need to be concerned about other, more advanced gamblers winning their mulla.
One more Pai Gow edge is the relatively leisurely game play, newcomers are able to take their time and strategize without having to make frenzied choices.
It is also simpler to gamble on for a very long time with only a tiny amount of cash after all, to lose, each of your hands needs to be under both of the casino’s hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The gambler is given seven cards face up and the casino gets seven cards faces hidden.
A five card hand and a two card hand have to be made from the seven cards, the five card hand must be higher than the two card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand totals to be larger than the dealer’s.
