Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old ancestry. Founded on the old Chinese domino game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the eastern with the western in a fantastic game for starting gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the gambler against the casino, unlike almost all other poker games that players compete against other gamblers. By wagering against the dealer, new players do not need to be concerned about other, more knowledgeable individuals taking their moolla.

A further Pai Gow edge is the generally leisurely game pace, novices will be able to take their time and plan without having to make frenzied selections.

It is also simpler to play for a very long time with basically a tiny bit of cash seeing as, to lose, each of your hands has to be under each of the houses hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card standard deck and one joker. The player is assigned seven cards faces showing and the casino is given seven cards face down.

A 5 card hand and one two card hand need to be put together from the seven cards, the five card hand has to be stronger than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be higher than the dealer’s.
